AskUCF

AskUCF allows you to obtain immediate answers to common questions related to admissions, registration, financial aid, and technical support; submit a question to our support staff; setup a support account to login and check the status of your questions, update your responses, and subscribe to answers.

Online@UCF Support

Online@UCF Support provides:

  • Assistance logging in to Webcourses@UCF and eCommunity.
  • Guidance to resolve browser problems.
  • Help installing and setting up browsers.
  • Answers to general questions about using Webcourses@UCF.
  • Troubleshooting for any error screens encountered.

UCF Computer Store

The Computer Store sells both hardware and software, and maintains the Hardware/Software Requirements for various colleges and programs. Contact your department for your specific hardware and software requirements.

Campus Labs

If equipment problems prevent you from using e-mail from home, there are many computer labs on campus and virtually every public library offers Internet access.

Campus ID Card by Mail

If you are enrolled in UCF online classes, you may request your UCF Card by mail.
