End of Course

  1. Complete Course Evaluation
The Student Perception of Instruction form is administered during the last two weeks of the term. All of the information collected is confidential and cannot be viewed by your instructor until after grades have been submitted.

The Course Evaluation is essential to the University and faculty in order to provide exceptional quality online courses. Students are encouraged to complete this evaluation at the end of the term.

If you are taking a “W” (fully online) or an “M” (reduced seat time) course, an online course evaluation will automatically appear at the beginning of the scheduled period for evaluations. This pop-up window will continue to appear until you complete the evaluation. Some “M” courses will provide a paper version in class.

  2. Complete final exams/quizzes
Exams and quizzes usually are available for a certain amount of time. Do not wait until the last minute to access them.

  3. Complete any outstanding projects
  4. Download or print any materials you might wish to review later.
  5. Check grades within WebCT
You will be able to login for one week after semester ends (end of Spring semester may vary.) This is where you will see your grade broken down. It usually appears under “My Grades.”
  6. Check final grade in Polaris
Your final grade will appear in Polaris at the end of the grading period (usually a week after the last day of finals).
  7. Email instructor with questions or problems
