End of Course

Before | First | During | End

  1. Complete Course Evaluation
    The Student Perception of Instruction form is administered during the last two weeks of the term. All of the information collected is confidential and cannot be viewed by your instructor until after grades have been submitted. The evaluation is essential to the University and faculty in order to provide exceptional quality online courses. Students are encouraged to complete this evaluation at the end of the term.

    If your course has an online evaluation, a window will appear in the myUCF portal when the evaluations period starts. The window will continue to appear until you complete all the online evaluations listed in the window.

  2. Complete final exams/quizzes
    Exams and quizzes usually are available for a limited amount of time. Do not wait until the last minute to access them.

  3. Complete any outstanding projects
  4. Download or print any materials you might wish to review later.
  5. Check grades in Webcourses@UCF
    You will be able to login to your course and check your grades for about one week after semester ends. Your grades appear under “My Grades” button.
  6. Check final grade in myUCF portal
    Your final grade will appear in the myUCF portal at the end of the term.
  7. E-mail your instructor with questions or problems
